2. Shipping & Delivery Conditions:

a. After receiving your payment, your order will be shipped via parcel or letter (for small items) and will include a logistics tracking number. The preparation of your order will be completed and shipped within the aforementioned business days. However, if there is a large volume of orders or special customized orders, it may require additional time. Therefore, order preparation is typically completed within 2 to 7 business days, followed by shipping.

Your package will be delivered by a courier company or the national postal service. If you receive a delivery notice from the mail carrier, please promptly pick up the package at the post office or contact the local courier depot to collect the package. In the event of non-complaint returns to us, the buyer will be required to pay the shipping fee again.

3. Delivery Guarantee:

a. All customized products without any quality issues are non-refundable and non-returnable.

b. In case the customer receives the product with any quality issues such as product damage, incorrect printing, incorrect size, or wrong team, they can contact the customer service team at maillotfc.com within 7 days to communicate and resolve the related issues. Any concerns reported after 7 days may be considered as the customer having received the goods in normal condition.

c. We take great care in packaging our products and systematically insure valuable packages. If during the shipping process, one or more ordered products are lost or damaged, the customer or recipient must file a complaint with the carrier to enjoy the compensation conditions provided under the insurance contract signed with the carrier.

d. If there are obvious defects or non-continuous transportation damage to the products after receipt, the customer has the right to return the goods within 7 days for a full refund or to receive a free replacement of a similar item or a higher value item. We accept order returns for any reason within 7 days after receiving the order for exchange or refund. The shipping cost will still be borne by the customer.

e. The customer agrees to pay any taxes, duties, and other related fees incurred in their local country, and maillotfc.com shall not be jointly liable for them. If failure to pay taxes leads to delivery delays or inability to deliver, all losses shall be borne by the customer, and maillotfc.com is released from its delivery obligations.

f. In the event that delivery becomes impossible due to war, riots, fires, strikes, accidents, it can be considered as a force majeure situation, and maillotfc.com is exempt from its delivery obligations.

Due to product availability reasons, an order may require multiple consecutive deliveries to the customer.
